At Children's Communication Corner, we do our best to meet the personal and financial needs of our clients. New clients are encouraged to carefully review the following information regarding insurance companies in which we are preferred providers, CCC's financial agreement, and our attendance/cancellation policies.
INSURANCE
We are preferred providers for the following insurance companies:
*Premera
*Regence
*Private Payment
For out of network benefits, we are happy to bill directly as an out-of-network provider for Aetna. We provide a monthly itemized invoice with the appropriate diagnostic and service delivery codes to be submitted to insurance for direct reimbursement for UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, and all other out-of-network plans.
*We accept cash, credit cards, HSA account payments, and personal checks
GETTING STARTED
1) Email shana@communicationcorner.org to schedule an appointment. Please include best days, times, description of your concerns, and insurance to be billed.
2) Please feel free ask any questions you may have about your child's development and our services to see if we are good match for your family.
2) Call your insurance company to verify benefits (see the Know Your Benefits below to guide you through the benefits process).
3) Once you have scheduled an appointment, your clinician will send you the Children's Communication Corner, Inc. Intake paperwork packet. Review, complete, and sign/initial the CCC Intake Packet below and return it prior to your appointment. This allows the clinician to best plan and prepare for the assessment.
